Google Pixel Class Action Lawsuit

Emerson Firm, PLLC announces a continuing investigation of the first-generation Google Pixel and Pixel XL.  This investigation relates to difficulties using the microphone on Google’s Pixel phones due to a “hairline crack in the solder connection on the audio codec,” according to the company.

If you purchased a new first-generation Google Pixel or Pixel XL phone between October 4, 2016 and the present, not for resale, you may have a claim against Google. Our class action attorneys are working on building a case and would like to speak with you.

What is the Google Pixel Lawsuit about? Who can participate?

The Google Pixel Class Action lawsuit alleges that Google knew that Pixel and Pixel XL phones had a faulty microphone due to a crack—but sold the premium smartphones anyway. For some Pixel phone owners, using the phone has been next to impossible with microphone and voice command issues. Although Google reported that only 1% of phones have this defect, the lawsuit argues that Google did little to resolve the issue, replacing faulty phones with phones that had the same problem.

If you’ve had issues using your Google Pixel or Google Pixel XL due to microphone or voice command issues, our attorneys would like to speak with you about your experience.
